The annual building survey conducted by RTS Oy on log house producers is based on the assessment given by builders on satisfaction concerning the seller, delivery and the manufacturer. Vehanen’s clients have already been the most satisfied log home builders for eleven years.
RTS Oy, which specializes in construction research, has monitored client satisfaction among leading log house producers since 1983. The research data is based on a random sampling of the recipients of building permits. The annual net sample is from nearly 3,000 builders, and the evaluation is based on five-year periods.
In this research, Vehasen Saha has shown exceptional success. Vehasen Saha has consistently been in first place, with specific mention of excellence in the areas concerning customer satisfaction with the production plant, the seller and with delivery.
